Step & Strength

Step & Sculpt is a new interval-style class that combines short cardio and strength training sessions for a full body workout! This 50 minute class combines aerobic step combinations and various strength circuits to get your body into fat burning mode.

• Increased Agility & Flexibility

We have revamped step in our own way to bring you a fun and effective class for beginners and seasoned members alike. Step & Strength is only available at T3 and was created by one of our certified group fitness instructors. This new class format will get your heart rate up and help build your strength week after week!
